You pay based on the number of devices registered in your account. Each device added to your ThinRemote platform counts towards your limit, regardless of whether the agent is currently online or offline. You can add or remove devices from your account as needed to manage your device quota.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll have immediate access to the new device limit. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.

Any system running the ThinRemote agent counts as one device - servers, VMs, containers, Raspberry Pis, IoT devices, workstations, etc. Each unique agent installation counts as one device, regardless of its computing power or purpose.
